Client Relations Associate - Entry Level

What You’ll Do:

• Represent top national brands at retail events, pop-up shops, and in-store promotions

• Engage face-to-face with customers to answer questions and share product knowledge

• Build rapport and trust with clients while helping drive product or service sales

• Maintain accurate client records using basic CRM tools

• Achieve daily and weekly sales goals with full support from your team

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and personal development workshops

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required (college coursework is a plus)

• Strong interpersonal skills and a people-first, customer-focused mindset

• Self-motivated, coachable, and enthusiastic in fast-paced settings

• Comfortable working in retail, events, or face-to-face customer engagement

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Availability for a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
