We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Junior Account Manager to join our team and help us manage and grow key accounts. As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a critical role in the execution of strategic sales and marketing plans, supporting the success of our firm’s key accounts. You will collaborate closely with various departments, ensuring that every interaction with clients is handled with the utmost care and efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build & Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key accounts to foster long-term business growth.

  • Sales & Marketing Plan Development: Create and execute sales and marketing strategies tailored to meet or exceed sales and margin targets for key accounts.

  • Account Growth: Grow existing product offerings with key accounts and introduce new product opportunities.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments across the organization to ensure sales orders and account activities are executed accurately and efficiently.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Regularly interact with clients to ensure the highest level of satisfaction, providing exceptional service at every step.

  • Marketing Opportunities: Guide the marketing department in identifying and implementing key marketing opportunities to support sales efforts for key accounts.

  • Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing, capturing all account activity and sales metrics.

  • Market Insights: Seek and communicate meaningful insights from key accounts to help guide future sales strategies and enhance client relationships.
