Key Responsibilities:
Team Support: Assist with various tasks within your team and occasionally work independently to meet both team and organizational goals.
Liaison Role: Act as an internal liaison between customers and charity clients, ensuring smooth and effective communication.
Fundraising & Community Outreach: Help achieve fundraising targets and contribute to community outreach initiatives.
Team Meetings & Workshops: Attend meetings and workshops to stay informed about strategies, performance, and upcoming events.
Cost-Effectiveness & Service Quality: Continuously strive to improve cost-effectiveness and customer service quality.
Customer Engagement: Engage directly with customers to ensure their needs and requests are efficiently handled.
Report Tracking: Produce detailed, accurate reports on donations and event progress.
Progress Reporting: Report weekly (or more frequently) to the Operations Director on project status and achievements.
Customer Service Skills: Develop and enhance exceptional customer service skills that align with the company’s high standards.
