About the Role:

As a Community Outreach Assistant, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to foster positive relationships within the community. You’ll work closely with our team to plan and execute outreach events, create awareness for our initiatives, and help create lasting relationships with community members and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing and executing community outreach programs, events, and initiatives that align with our mission

  • Engage with community members to raise awareness and promote involvement in various initiatives

  • Help develop and distribute promotional materials (flyers, newsletters, social media content) to spread awareness of events

  • Collaborate with local organizations, schools, and community leaders to build and maintain relationships

  • Provide administrative support for outreach efforts, including event coordination, scheduling, and communication

  • Track the effectiveness of outreach campaigns and provide feedback for future improvements

  • Represent the company at community events, advocating for our mission and encouraging participation
