About the Role:

As a Brand Representative, you will be the face of our brand at exciting events, engaging with customers and delivering high-quality service. You’ll play an important role in helping our team promote brand awareness, interact with customers, and make meaningful connections with the community. This role offers hands-on experience in live event marketing, brand promotion, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Execution: Support the planning, setup, and execution of live promotional events, ensuring everything runs smoothly
Brand Representation: Act as the face of the brand, promoting products and services in a positive, professional, and engaging manner
Customer Engagement: Interact directly with customers at events, answering their questions and providing exceptional service
Brand Awareness: Help increase product visibility and awareness through in-person promotions, demos, and giveaways
Community Outreach: Build relationships with local community members and organizations to foster brand recognition
Team Collaboration: Work with the marketing and promotions team to achieve event goals and maintain brand standards
