What You’ll Do
Support the Event Manager in planning, organizing, and executing live nonprofit events and promotional campaigns
Manage event logistics including setup, vendor coordination, and on-site operations
Lead and mentor event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth execution and outstanding attendee experiences
Track event performance metrics and assist with post-event reports and analysis
Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to maximize event reach and impact
Who You Are
Strong organizational and leadership skills

Excellent communication skills; comfortable leading teams and engaging with diverse audiences
Passionate about nonprofit causes and community engagement
Prior event coordination experience is a plus but not required
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
